The works include providing all required site, civil, architectural, specialties, fire protection sprinkler system, electrical and fire detection & alarm system, plumbing works, heating, air conditioning & ventilating systems with digital controls, and underground storm, sanitary and electrical distribution system to renovate and upgrade of a historical building neglected over the years, now to be used by the Academy� s Athletic Department, and a new roofing system to be used as a promenade by the general public.

Project highlights of renovating this historic building included structural repairs to existing concrete, steel and masonry load bearing horizontal and vertical members, granite and limestone repairs, stone cleaning & re-pointing, excavation & shoring to waterproof exterior wall one floor below grade. Also, being located next to a major road artery and pedestrian walkway passing through the academy, this challenging project required continuous traffic direction and safety implementation.
