Description of Contract Work:

Fire Protection Phase III project at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA, inclusive of:

Modification of the existing sprinkler system in buildings 1A, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 13 inclusive of the following:

Demolition and existing valve pits and relocating/replacing sprinkler valve equipment.
Excavation, trenching and backfilling for utility systems.
Installation of new water main and dry pipe valve systems with associated support to the fire suppression system, including seismic restraints and fire department connections.
All concrete and masonry repairs involved with demolition and new construction.
Installation of new wire mesh partitions.
Demolition of the existing electrical components as well as installation of the new electrical system and all supporting systems for the fire suppression system.
