Renovation of Building 151, Phase # 1 Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey Inclusive of:
- Demolition
- Carpentry
- Asbestos Abatement
- Electrical Works
- Demolish existing tile wainscoting throughout all areas
- Demolish partition floor to ceiling.
- Remove old door and block opening. Create opening for new door.
- Remove wall mounted unit heaters and piping.
- Cap exposed piping left for reconnection and removed all lath chases surrounding related piping.
- Performed Asbestos Abatement.
- Relocated the Water Main.
- Relocate the Electric Panel.
- Poured new concrete slab for floor.
