Work includes replacing the EPDM roof, including insulation, flashing, capping and drains. In addition, exterior and interior doors and hardware of the facility were replaced.

Collette Contracting, Inc. performed work at this active US Navy facility. Work included complete removal of existing roof and installation of new EPDM roof, all associated flashing, capping and drains.
Roof work included demolition of roof, temporary walk ways and flashing at roof drains. New rigid insulation and wood nailers were installed. The new roof membrane is fully adhered EPDM roof membrane system with a 15 year warranty. Installation included all necessary accessories.
