Renovation works included removing existing wall covering, carpeting and accessories, repairing walls, ceilings and floors, painting ceilings, doors and walls, wallpapering walls, removing old floor wax from slate floors and brick base, and re-waxing and re-sealing floors and base. All works accomplished within occupied and active theater promenade balconies, stairwells, restrooms, office and public areas, and coordinated works in strict accordance with active Eisenhower Hall operation & show schedule without interrupting existing military, public and office functions.

Collette Contracting Inc. has completed the works 154 days earlier than scheduled completion date. Performance surpassed all contract requirements and exceeded many to the government’s benefit.
